주말 내내 유산소 운동만 했어요. 경사형 러닝머신에서 4.5마일(약 7.6km)을 뛰었어요. 땀 흘리는 게 정말 좋았어요 😅

4.5 miles is impressive! I could never do that I always get off the treadmill after 1 mile haha. My go to is weight lifting and strength exercises but I know I should do more cardio
