      If it stays the same it leads to good reflection. If I have predicted the change...it also leads to good reflection

      What? No. Having an unchanging life means a mundane life. Has nothing to do with reflection. You're telling yourself that to feel better about your mundane life 🤣

    94 - what a great idea .. I did that when my 1st son was in the womb , wrote him a letter and it's so weird looking back at myself.

    I've never done this. I doubt that I could've predicted how my life has gone. Maybe if I wrote it within the last couple of years? But definitely not longer than that.
