Contact support. Or try erasing your profile and stating over. When I messed up and it gave me a new account, I had to erase the profile and click the correct log in. Hope that helps. To find the "contact us" button, hit the HOME button at the bottom. Then hit the SETTING WHEEL to the direct right of your profile name, over there on the top left. Hope the app looks the same as mine
