Points do expire. It makes no sense to collect your points. People's accounts get suspended. The amount of coins needed to get gift cards also change. The app could shutdown. Many things can happen.

I have proof that my points keep disappearing off of my cash app. I’ve got pictures and everything. I started taking pictures and I have not used any of my rewards. I’m wondering where my points are going somebody needs to fix this issue because this is the second time I’ve said something about it. I get up to 32,000 and my points just fall. Somethings going on with the app it needs to be fixed because this is the second time I’ve said something that I’d get it up back up to the 32,000 and then it would drop back down and like I said I’ve not used my point so please fix this issue.

I need somebody to look into this because I’m getting upset and I’m doing all this walking and I’m gonna need a knee replacement soon. Haven’t used my rewards because I’ve been trying to save those up and then when I don’t use them they disappear so why are they disappearing?

This app used to be a good app. He used to be able to get Xbox for my son and now I can’t even claim any of my rewards because it won’t allow me to plus it takes away once you hit a certain amount. I don’t understand why don’t you guys just replace what you have taken from me And let me have my rewards that I’ve tried to put in for too now that I’ve tried to put in rewards once it starts getting into a certain point because you’ve taken tons of points from me now I’m trying to get an award or reward. Whatever you wanna call it and I can’t so this is really awkward. Don’t know what’s going on. Think you need to revamp the app seriously

Well again lost my points it was up to 32.000 and it dropped me down to27.000 this app is jacked up
