I purchased these of Amazon shortly after i had my most recent child. Having to do my exercises lightly these were an easy substitute for weights.

There are different tension levels, so you can get your body back to where you want it at your own pace. They were less than $13, well worth the money. I suggest if you've recently had a baby and are looking to do light exercise, these bands will help you get it back together.
