This Home Gym is effective and reasonable priced!   There are a total of 150lb of weights.

The arms can be adjusted for chest flys or chest presses.  There are also two separate high and low pulleys.  It comes with a leg developer and able attachment that targets the leg muscles.   It does a lot for $400!  This price is at Target stores.
