Resistance Bands

I bought some resistance bands but have never used them until recently.  I found the following 3 tips useful in helping learn how they could be incorporated into my home exercise routine.  Little and often is what I was going for.

1. Front squat

This one I have incorporated into my morning routine. 10 when I get up out of bed. 

 

2. Leg extension

This one I can do when working from home from my office chair! I try to do 3 reps of 10, 3 times a day.

 

4. Glute bridge 

This one I have incorporated before bed. 

I hope this inspires someone to try this piece of equipment and see that it is manageable to do!
