Coming in at around 350-450 calories depending on the dressing, grilled chicken salads are a classic healthy fast food option for a reason. They're typically packed with protein and fiber from the chicken and greens, and you can customize them with your favorite toppings like light vinaigrette dressing, low-fat cheese, and veggies like cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions. For an extra fiber boost, ask for a side of whole-wheat bread or crackers.

 

Tip: Skip the creamy dressings like ranch or caesar and opt for a light vinaigrette or balsamic vinegar instead. These will add flavor without packing on the extra calories and fat.

 

Wraps are another great low-calorie option, usually clocking in around 300-400 calories. They're a more portable option than salads, perfect for taking on the run. Look for wraps with lean protein like grilled chicken or tofu, and whole-wheat tortillas. Veggie wraps are a great vegetarian option and can be loaded with colorful veggies like peppers, onions, and lettuce.

 

Tip: Be mindful of the sauces and spreads added to your wrap. Opt for light mayo, hummus, or mustard instead of heavier options like chipotle sauce or ranch.
