저는 보통 공복에 걷고 달리기 때문에 아침 운동이 끝난 후에야 먹어요. 남자친구가 없거나 가벼운 음식을 먹을 때는 과일, 채소, 단백질 파우더를 넣은 스무디를 만들어 먹어요.
우리가 함께 식사할 때는 보통 베이컨, 소시지, 계란을 잔뜩 먹고, 그는 토스트, 비스킷, 그리츠(저는 곡물은 안 먹어요)를 먹습니다.

I love making smoothies in the morning. If it's a weekend than we usually have waffles or pancakes with eggs.

I usually don't eat until lunchtime but then enjoy scrambled eggs, mixed beans and a selection of sautéed veg.

I cook a breakfast sammy. Toasted sourdough bread...I spray it with olive oil and then shake zaatar spice on it and air fry it. I put baby Swiss cheese and fried egg with hot sauce and mustard on it.
