맥주캔 치킨

멋진 요리법이네요.

 

닭을 똑바로 세우고 뒤쪽에 맥주 캔(또는 무엇이든)을 올려놓은 채 그 자세로 요리합니다.

 

저는 이걸 꽤 자주 했었는데, 닭고기는 항상 맛있게 나왔어요.

    We've done beer and you can do Coke Pepsi etc. you're right, they always turn out perfect and delicious!

      I actually bought a book by Steven Raichlen which is full of recipes using this technique.

I bought it as a lark, but it changed my life.
