채식주의자를 위한 단백질 옵션

단백질이 풍부한 채식 식단은 뭐가 있을까요? 저는 채식주의자인데 이게 좀 어렵네요. 다행히 계란은 먹어요.

    There are lots of different kind of lentils, beans ,chick peas , tofu. 
    You can use chick pea flour in different ways.Can make tortillas, pancakes etc. lot's of recipe's on line.
