현미국수라고 해서 사게 된 제품인데, 생각보다 맛이 별로였어요. 제가 제대로 못 만드는 건지 모르겠네요. 면이 부드러워질 때까지 삶아서 찬물에 헹궜는데, 맛이 별로였어요.
DaisyI haven't tried maifun noodles so I can't tell. But cuz it's brown rice noodles so texture might be different from regular one.
KiKiBrown rice need to cooked for longer because high in fiber and it seems like soba which also high in fiber and need to cool after boiling.
