I like vegetables canned, frozen, or fresh. Fresh is best and probably the most healthy. I do agree no matter how you eat your vegetables, you can always add seasonings to any of them to the liking of your taste.

I think I want to try and grow my own fresh ones. Then I'll feel more obligated to eat them.

Yep, also will change the flavor but the vegetables could be soft.
