20.1 - I'd like to add try to figure out your trigures if you are an emotional eater. Many of us turn to food for comfort because it is always there (theoritically).

Often We "medicate" ourselves with sugary things, that is we eat it to distract us for boredom or sadness or something. I try to limit my indulgences by swapping for low-sugar options especially if I already had something sweet during the day
