Steak- must haves

A good steak must: 

1. Be fully cooked...if it's still bleeding it ain't done!
2. Not too fatty...I HATE when my meat is all fat & gristle...
3. Outer sear..it's what holds all the juices in...don't nobody want dry steak
4. Flavor ...a good steak shouldn't need anything but itself! Marinade 6-24hrs!
5. If bone in it should fall right off...

Im picky about my meats.. What's y'all's favorite recipe.
