Simon LeungSorry to hear that. As my response to other walkers, that's the way Cashwalk cheated and lied. I had the same experience and the support team just told me that they would improve the system in the future but refused to give me back my rewards. They said it's the system error! As your experience showed that they still haven't "improved " their system and keep on cheating. Let me tell you, they will give you a few points in the lower level but you won't get more after you advanced further.
