30 minute circuit at Planet Fitness

For those of you that use planet fitness and dp the 30 minute circuit, what is your experience? At mine it is never monitored or the rules enforced. Whether it be people staying on a machine when time is up, not doing the stepping stations and ruining the rotation, or people coming in for 1 machine and leaving.
