This took some getting used to. Using my mouse while standing was strangely difficult at first.
For an extra bit of challenge, I'll do squats on the balance board.
Another way to make standing on the board a bit more "interesting" is to move your arms around and do some stretches\reaches.
I don't recommend closing your eyes while standing in the board, unless you place or away from anything you might break if you fall.
Very neat! Do you have the ability to adjust it? Or is it fixed to one height?

I have been thinking about getting a standing desk. What brand of desk would you recommend?
The only one I've ever tried is the Ikea one.
6. Do you use anything special to stand on...I find standing still gets to be too much..
I usually stand in a wobble board.
I am thinking of getting one of those, or at least one I can adjust.
I have one from Ikea. It's very adjustable.
sounds like a great way to work and exercise at the same time to get your steps in I like how you're taking little things and turning into a great deal
It's all part of my master plan to get fit by doing nothing. 😁
