집에 있을 때는 항상 큰 물병이나 컵을 가지고 다녀요. 하루 종일 마시고 또 채워요. 비결은 물을 많이 마시는 거예요. 그래야 자주 일어나서 물을 마실 수 있거든요.<you know what I'm referring to> 이렇게 하면 평소보다 더 많이 서서 움직일 수 있습니다. 보너스 운동!
