What are your goals? You could start with calisthenics. Very little equipment is needed as you are relying on your own bodyweight to grain strength and mobility!

I want to lose weight but I only do some easy workout like dance at home. Thanks for your suggestions. 😁

Dance will definitely work and it's fun! Diet is important too. Cut down on some calories, reducing some sugars and fats can help. Good luck!!

Yep I always cut down the sugar and salt for mg dishes.
