추천하는 홈 운동이 있나요?

가끔 대학 친구들과 배드민턴을 치거나 집에서 요가를 해요. 친구들은 대부분 헬스장이나 수영을 더 좋아해요. 추천해 주시면 좋겠어요. 집에서 할 수 있는 운동이 있나요?

    What are your goals? You could start with calisthenics. Very little equipment is needed as you are relying on your own bodyweight to grain strength and mobility!

    Dance will definitely work and it's fun! Diet is important too. Cut down on some calories, reducing some sugars and fats can help. Good luck!!

      Yep I always cut down the sugar and salt for mg dishes.
