이 고양이는 거의 1년 동안 우리 집에 있었어요. 거의 1년 전에 자전거(아니면 스쿠터)에 치인 것 같아요. 심하게 베였고 발도 망가졌어요. 절단 수술을 해야 한다고 하더군요. 힘줄이 끊어졌어요. 잔해, 털, 죽은 조직을 제거한 후에도 겨우 꿰매서 봉합할 수 있었어요. 상처가 아물기까지 6주 넘게 걸렸어요. 저는 계속 조금만 더 기다리면 다시 나갈 수 있다고 말했어요. 다리가 위축돼서 거짓말이에요. 발도 산산조각이 나서 제대로 낫지 않아서 계속 거짓말이에요. 다리가 이상하게 꼬여 있는 이유를 설명하기는 항상 어렵지만, 오늘 잡을 수 있었어요. 아직도 나가려고 하는데, 다시는 여기서 뛰어다닐 수 없게 돼서 너무 안타깝네요! 밖에서 쥐를 잡으며 정말 재밌어했어요. 지금은 살이 많이 쪄서 작년 여름에는 8~8.5파운드(약 4.8~4.7kg), 겨울에는 9~10파운드(약 4.8~5.7kg) 정도였어요. 지금은 전혀 모르겠어요. 그냥 배가 커진 것뿐이에요. 더 이상 저를 기다리거나 사냥할 필요가 없으니까요. 그냥 앉아서 몇 피트 걸어가서 그릇까지 가세요!

Aww sweet cat! A door slammed on our cat's tail and we had to amputate part of it. She always looked a little funny after that.

He's beautiful and though we're sad for him he's happy he still has a good quality of life and u basically know now wherever he is enjoy that handsome boy and just love on him which I know u do ty for ur story

His name is Midnight. He'll be inside a year at the end of the month, besides 2 escapes 22 hours each after 2 vet visits, when he still had a cast on. He has a scar, a little limp, and can't retract 2 claws but he walks & runs & jumps just fine. He has a big belly now. He still tries to slip past me or cries at the door sometimes but he has mostly accepted being indoors & tried to make friends with my little cat when she was in heat. But she's back to normal so she's back to not liking him. My other 2 girls accept that he's there & leave him alone. He's ok, I just don't know if he's fast enough to go back outside so I'm keeping him in for good. Thank you!

He's healed up enough to run around in here and jump and everything just fine but I don't trust putting him back outside. He has 2 claws that never retract, a scar, his leg looks a little funny and has a tiny bit of a limp. But he's otherwise ok. Getting fat lol
