아침 내내 몸이 안 좋아서 솔직히 걷고 싶지 않았어요. 몇 시간 동안 몸이 안 좋아서 결국 다시 침대에 누웠는데 잠이 안 왔어요. 억지로라도 걸었더니 이제 좀 나아졌어요. 게다가 조용히 걸었더니 머리가 덜 복잡해진 것 같아요. 다들 잘 지내시길 바랍니다!

It sure is. I'm almost done with 10k walk and it's almost 8:30pm. My norm time is generally 10:30pm to 11:40pm. Walking before bed in my dark room makes it easier for me to sleep longer.
