Doug Salomon작성자Here's a trick I came up with. I bought a bag of sugar free hard candies. When I feel like snacking, but am not really hungry, I have a candy.
Doug Salomon작성자It's not easy. You gotta start small and use things like drinking (lots of) water. I've also found sucking on sugar free hard candies to be helpful.
