요즘은 밖에서 더 편하게 걸으려고 노력하고 있어요. 허리를 곧게 펴고, 어깨를 낮추고, 배와 (때로는) 엉덩이에 힘을 주죠.

I've had a bit of a slouch for my entire life, so this is a bit awkward for me. I really have to pay attention while doing this, lest I shift back to my slouch.

I find that if I'm not actively thinking about it, I skip back into my old bad habit.
