I don't have cheat days. I just allow myself a little treat every day. After a while, you get used to having less.

If you only put your food in a bowl or a plate, encourage yourself that you only need to fill it once. Or make it tougher to get all the foods you snack on - hide them in the back of the pantry or fridge.
