I really like to start my day by hitting gym.
So before my workout I prepare my body with
Hot lemon water, then i have one multigrain bread slice with peanut butter and one avacado.
This really gives me kick to work hard in gym.
Also i take one liter cold water with me and add little lemon and 2 spoon of protein powder. I keep drinking this shake in between my workout to keep myself hydrated.
