If you work in a traditional office and spend most of your day sitting, how do you get steps in?
I've heard you can set an alarm for every hour and take a quick walk around.
I thought you could drink lots of water, which is good for you anyway, and you would have to get up to go to the bathroom more often!
Any other ideas?
