I have zero advice or experience with contacts! However, in my old age I do have to keep reading glasses in every room AND every drawer or I am lost 🤣

I could never do contacts ouch.. if they're that uncomfortable maybe try glasses again? There are better designs these days even the coke bottle ones are kinda hip now

Never been a fashionista, but for functionality, glasses barely worked for me. As a kid, the most eye strain was the course work and blackboard. I definitely wouldn't be able to drive; if some approached me at dawn, dusk, or at night, I wouldn't be able to tell If they were a guy or girl (not talking about latest trends here), much less if I knew them; serious depth of field issues regardless of lighting. Still would need to bring reading material very close to see it. I can work, but can't work, but can work according to disability (in otherwirds, have a job that really doesn't require me to have a lot of eye strain/vision usage to do the job, which i know very few jobs that do.), which I don't want till I actually NEED to have it and I'm not quite there yet.
