I had enough points to redeem an Amazon giftcard and did so on August 17th. The giftcard was processing for a couple days, so I assumed it was some type of error that would get corrected once I tried redeeming another reward. Yesterday, I had enough points to redeem another giftcard, so I selected redeem amazon giftcard and I get a message that says a previous reward is still processing, please wait until the reward is done. Mind you that giftcard has been processing since August 17th. I have emailed cashwalk at two different email addresses and have not heard back at all. I have seen that other people are having similar issues, and I'm not sure if the creators of the app are just letting it slowly die. Honestly, I'm doubting I will receive the rewards now and will stop using the app until those rewards are granted, because then what's the point of using the app.
