Since this is a health app, I know that getting enough sleep is an important part of being healthy. I am actually pretty good about "going to bed" at a decent time, but falling asleep is another matter. I have some routines I try and listen to some calming music or rain sounds that sometimes works, but not always. What works for you guys?
