    Go into settings (click the three lines then the settings is on the top right) then there should be a support part that also has a contact us!!

    Go to the home page and click the 3 lines up on the upper left part of the page. Next, click on the gear up on top right. Go down to support. Click on contact support. Then you can email whatever you your question or problem is. Hope you get the support you need.

      It takes them a long time to answer. I found that if you go to playstore and go to cash walk app
      There is information on how to contact. I found that they answered more quickly.

      When I first had the app and had issues support would never answer until I rated them negatively on playstore. This might work now too but idk

      Agreed. Personally I think CashWalk is at risk of phasing out of service since the last official posts by CashWalk under the "Notice" tab was back in 2024 in regards to challenges. So either this platform is at risk of going "out of business" or maybe it caters to Korean users since I noticed how it has heavy influence on using Korean language, despite that the Translate button is provided on here.

    Guys I have gotten a response from them but they said that have to contact them thru [Contact Us], and I replied”I have done it 5 times and did not get an response…” we ll see if they even response.
