It sounds like a glitch. Personally I'd uninstall and reinstall the app and see if that fixes it.
화요일에 24,000걸음이나 걸었는데, 현금으로 바꾸려고 하니까 6,000포인트가 넘는 기프트 카드 포인트가 사라져 버렸어요. 다른 분들도 이런 일이 있었나요? 무슨 일이 있었던 건가요?
처음부터 다시 시작해야 했어요. 걸음 수를 세고, 몸무게와 키를 입력하라고 하더군요.
