다른 사람들도 오류를 보고 있나요?

안녕하세요! 지난 주말에 출장을 다녀왔는데, 처음 이틀은 괜찮았어요. 그런데 셋째 날부터 앱에는 걸음 수가 표시되는데 상자가 안 뜨는 걸 발견했어요. 그다음 날은 괜찮았는데, 오늘 다시 시작하니까 주요 걸음 수는 1로, 차트 그래프는 1,000 미만이에요. 저는 그보다 훨씬 더 많은 걸음 수를 기록하고 있어요. 회사에 두 번이나 이메일을 보냈는데 답장이 없어서, 혹시 저만 그런 건지 궁금해서요. 알려주시고, 혹시 해결책을 찾으셨다면 알려주세요! 업데이트는 이미 확인했고 휴대폰도 다시 켜 놨어요.

hello! I think I didnt explain it well enough. what i mean is it kept resetting to 1 step within the same day....id watch it go up and then drop down. after midnight (even when I travel to a different time zone, it goes with my OG time zone which gives me an extra hr of time) is when it resets, not 5 pm or every hr before that hun! like u said, it resets DAILY and u can see that same day and same hr, nothing changed for me even though I was walking while on my phone today. even now, 5 hrs later after walking around at the mall and stuff, I'm only at 28 steps. I think ur confused cuz u might be in a different time zone than u hun! I'm in PT rn til winter (Az life lol) so if u see the times in my screenshot and same day (its still Monday for me) in my 3+ yrs of having this app, I've never seen this glitch. sux
