    It has my points locked until 6,000 points or more now. So I just wait until 6,000 or 9,000 to receive reward.

    I contacted support about this. They said there was a policy change, and now you have to get at least 1 $10 gift card before they unlock the 5s. You'd think they would let people know ahead of time.

      There was an update today and the amount to redeem more than doubled. It went from 2,250 ($5) and 4,500 ($10) to 5,000 ($5) and 10,000 ($10).

    5s are locked until you buy a 10 and 15 so basically you needb$30; worth to start buying 5s.

    I don't see my reward s in the list of available cards. I submitted for redemption, entered the confirmation code that received in sms and then my total counts count decreases but no card is available in the list of my rewards!
