    It is a low impact, total body workout. As someone with many physical limitations from an accident, my joints and bones cannot handle strenuous activity. Every doctor, physical therapist, and rehabilitation specialist recommended water therapy as it is low impact and has the added benefit of being a safe form of exercise for a fall risk (once you're in the pool at least).

      So my tip is to drink matcha tea anvout an hour before a workout. I alsi take green tea capsules on an empty stomach before bed. Matcha tea, a form of green tea, and green tea itself target belly fat.
      As with any vitamin or supplement, please do your research and/or talk to a healtb care provider. While natural, green tea does interact with somethings and should be used wih caution.

    Best way to lose Belly fat and work out tip I can give is having a very controlled diet and lots of walking/ jogging. Everyday for at least 40 min. With diet I mean totally cut of sugar and white flour. Pounds will roll off.
