가끔은 운동할 의욕을 완전히 잃어버린 것 같은 기분이 들 때가 있어요... 정말 역겹죠!

    Maybe make it into a game and imagine your health going up,being measured in levels. For example if you were running,  the longer runs you'd do or the speed could be measured in levels. Once ypu beat your previous, distance or time you've beat a level. To motivate yourself each level you beat you could reward yourself

    Gondo something fun that's also physical...go dancing, get a friend to join you for a mall walk, play on a jungle gym, turn up the music and do a workout outside!
