I'm having one of those weekends. That's what happens when I take time off work. But sometimes you just gotta relax a bit.
Some days it is hard to find the motivation. You still took a 20 minute walk and the dance parties are cardio! Main thing is that you had intentional movement! I'm sure the dance parties were lots of fun!!
I certainly understand. I've had late evening walks just to get a few extra steps in. Keep up the good work.

I like the idea of a step counter, so that even on days which I consider to be lighter, non-workout days, I can still see proof that I wasn't just a sedentary lump waiting for time to catch up with me.
