오늘 운동은 거실에서 댄스 파티를 몇 번 하고, 20분 동안 차도 주변을 산책하는 것으로 구성되었습니다. 몸을 움직이고 신선한 공기를 마셨습니다!

    I'm having one of those days as well! Took a walk around the neighborhood, but didn't do a structured workout. Some days are just like that. Tomorrow is a new start.

    Some days it is hard to find the motivation. You still took a 20 minute walk and the dance parties are cardio! Main thing is that you had intentional movement!  I'm sure the dance parties were lots of fun!!

    I like the idea of a step counter, so that even on days which I consider to be lighter, non-workout days, I can still see proof that I wasn't just a sedentary lump waiting for time to catch up with me.
