제 보험사에는 웨어러블 기기(제 건 가민 비보스마트 5예요)와 연동해서 다양한 건강 지표를 추적할 수 있는 리워드 프로그램이 있어요. 특정 목표를 달성하면 건강 저축 계좌에 돈을 입금해 주거든요. 민간 건강 보험은 사기지만, 그래도 건강 습관을 유지하도록 동기를 부여하면서 제 보험료의 일부를 돌려주는 건 좋은 것 같아요!

My company they have an app called Castlight. We synced that with our insurance. The company encourages us to visit our doctors, etc etc. Our reward are $400 a year for completing our yearly check up, take 10k steps a day, eat fruits, veggies and drink water. Once you hit your goals and reaches your 400. You can earn points to enter into a sweepstakes for gift cards.. like $50 Best Buy, Amazon, visa etc etc.

That's a really cool feature. It helps you get gift cards and it helps them because if you're healthy there's no reason to file claims 😂
