So what you want to do is have a healthy diet and try getting one or two walks a day and make sure those walks are at least 20 minutes I know y'all can do it your great next you want to go to the gym or work on some equipment once or twice a week for 30 minutes to an hour and just keep walking I mean walking is so good for you that's why they created this app (I think I hope) anyway hope y'all have a blessed day and hope I helped
