Best leg day workout/routines

In my opinion, The best routine for leg day would be a treadmill. I usually do 30 seconds of jogging 15 seconds of sprinting and 10 seconds of walking. I find it pretty helpful for me. Especially because it also helps me get faster as I play lacrosse and hockey etc.
