Best legs workout

Hi guys, working on the lower part of our body is very important. Walking at least 30 minutes per day is great for your legs and circulation. What I try to do when I exercise is do several exercises like the ones in the picture and I do like 15 reps X 3 times. If you do it 3 or 4 times a week u will see many benefits just after a couple of months.
