I'm not an expert in leg workout or workout in general but I'm someone who wants healthy lifestyle.

 

My tips may not be the most effective tips for leg workout itself but I want to share the mindset for workout routines.

 

  1. You want this workout for a healthy life, not necessarily for the look.
  2. Consistency matters! Keep doing what you can. If you miss a day, don't get discouraged and give up. Just do tomorrow! 
  3. It's a progress! Don't expect the results in a few days. Keep up the hard work!
