Do you have to complete a minimum of 10k steps only one time during the Challenge Period dates and post it only once? (Total of 1 post with at least 10,000 steps)

OR

Do you have to complete at least 10k steps FOR 14 DIFFERENT DAYS  during the Challenge Period dates and post each one of the 10,000 steps in the Comments section?. (Total of 14 posts with min. of 10,000 steps)
