I think a really good workout for your arms is as simple has lifting a box. Get an empty storage box and fill it a with a few things. Could be weights/stones or just items from around the house. Lift the box and hold it out in front of you and move your arms in and out/ up and down. Gradually add more to the box to increase the weight over time.
