During my workout this morning I did this exercise for the quadriceps.
Lie down and put your feet on the metal plate.
Toes slightly pointing outwards.
Raise it a little and release the latch.
After which you go down and up, bringing your knees 20 cm from your chest.
If you can't, you can also help yourself by placing your hands on your knees while pushing the weights.
It's a very importante exercise 💪
