2) let's jogging any other day!
3) avoid alcohol and junk foods
4)exercise all the abs parts, as follows
Twisted crunch for lateral abs
Normal crunch for high abs
Leg suspension for the downward abs part
Do this any other day, and if you survive at least one year than you have great chances of success!!!
