Exercise steps :
1. Lie flat on your back on ground, and bend your knees and place your feet on the ground, relax your hands, and keep your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Place your palms face down by your side, your back against the ground, and tighten your abdomen.
3. Lift your buttocks, and use force on the back of your thighs to keep your body in a straight line.
4. Hold for a few seconds, then slowly lower it back to the starting position, and do a few times repeatedly.
