I would have to say running is a good way to get that behind in shape. I also find dancing for hours is also a good way. Personally, I rely on walking but when I was a regular runner in my earlier days I was complemented on my behind a lot!
Don't forget diet is important and combined with exercise can help it get and stay looking good!
