This is an exercise that will accentuate the glutial area and is also fun. First of all, lay on your back with your feet stretched out. Next, lift your back off the floor about 3 inches and rock back and forth on your bottom. Work out 10 reps for 5 times with a break of 15 seconds in between for 3 times a day. Enjoy!
