- I really recommend all above 6 exercises to grow your booty.
- I do them on alternative days in my workout routine.
- Glute bridges and cable kickbacks are good to start with as they target our glute muscles.
- According to me you should mix atleast 3 exercise everyday, with minimum 3 sets of 10 reps each.
- You should take one day rest or break so that your leg and glutes can rest and repair. It's very crucial to strengthen muscles.
- Include protein in each of your meal.
